Sri holds a Management Degree with specialization in Information Systems with about 20 years IT experience. He started his career with the leading bank in India and moved on to IT enabled services before taking over as a CEO in Ecotech in the year 2001. He has successfully designed / architected several ideas into successful web portals and business models. He is a natural leader, and a strong believer of Collaborative progress and universal benefit.
He has lived in the US and parts of Europe, and adds value in managing cross-cultural issues. He has helped IT and Non-IT companies from US and Europe in setting up development centers and in identifying partners in India.He is on the board of different companies on an advisory capacity and offers immense value in terms of setting up processes, overseeing Cost benefits of the operation, and setting up corrective measures as required.
Amit has 10 years of experience managing large technology teams and delivering enterprise software projects/products at large companies like IBM Software Labs, HSBC GLT.
Amit co-founded RBM to realize his entrepreneurial ambitions. He has a very strong interpersonal and networking skill and is responsible for business development, strategic alliances and deliveries for RBM. Amit is a Computer Engineer from Govt Engg College, Amravati.
Sujit is graduate in Computer Science from PICT with about 8 years IT experience. He started his career with IBM Global Services in India and moved on to Radix Business Models to realize his entrepreneur ambitions. He is a professional with proven entrepreneurial skills, client engagement, and project and people management skills. He has ability to communicate and articulate effectively the business value of technology to company executives, to understand business processes and requirements, and to engage in strategic planning and thought leadership.
Umesh has more than 19 years of multi-disciplinary experience in graphic design, printing (pre-press), web technologies, user experience design, CBT development, web design, typography, multimedia, audio-video editing and brand building. He has started his career as a Graphic Designer in 1991 and joined Ecotech in 2001 as a Web Designer. Currently he holds the position of Creative Director at Ecotech.
Watching the company grow from 25 to 95 in last few years has given him the opportunity to work with clients across the globe. He has engaged in every aspect of web/desktop application and multimedia production from conceptualization, design, and prototyping to programming and production. He also plays a vital role in techno-marketing, project management, client interaction and managing infrastructure.
Nitin supports Ecotech's global sales, marketing and business development functions. At the forefront of Ecotech's business growth, he supports and unclogs formulation and implementation of short term and long term business strategies.
He plays a key role in determining Ecotech's pricing versus value delivery equation in light of the global economic factors and customer expectations. Nitin plays a very important role as account manager for our various accounts worldwide. He believes in the philosophy to deliver 'need based' solutions rather than 'want based'.
Nitin holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Pune University and is having 14 years of IT experience.
Subodh has more than 9 years of experience in Finance and Accounts in various industries. Prior to joining Ecotech, he has worked for Hathway Cable & Datacom Pvt Ltd as Accounts officer and been awarded Best Accountant award during all over India Accounts meet in year 2005 in Lonawala for his contribution in implementation of ERP accounting system in Pune.
His role in Ecotech is finalization the books of accounts, taxation, treasury management, working capital management, MIS, department wise budgeting, payroll process. He plays lead role in coordinating with financial institutes and banks. He has provided his valuable inputs on various finance related applications in Ecotech.
Subodh is a First class Post Graduate in Commerce and has done ICWAI (Final- III) from Kolkata.
Vinod has 8 years of experience in IT. He has been with Ecotech as quality assurance manager since January 2007, is responsible for managing and leading the quality and support team. Additionally he also takes initiative in marketing for software testing projects.
Prior to Joining Ecotech, he has worked for an e-publishing company called Digital Publishing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as Manager - Quality and Process Systems. He set various processes and standards in Quality department for the publishing house and was instrumental in helping the company to win ISO certification.
Vinod holds a B. Com. from Pune University. He is a Certified Software Tester (CSTE) from College of Engineering, Pune and also holds diploma certificate in Cyber Law from Asian School of Cyber Law.
Prajakta is our HR focal having a profound experience in varied HR and admin activities such as Personnel Management, Organizational Planning & Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management System and Office Administration with IT industry exposure.
Her role in Ecotech is a strategic blend of People and Business acumen enabling development and implementation of human resource programs and processes for employees. Prior to joining Ecotech, she has worked for Interglobe Technologies in different areas like Training & Development, E-Learning, Employee Relations and was part of the core team for organizing PCMM Certification level 3.
Prajakta is a B.Com. Graduate holding a strong academic HR portfolio with MBA in Human Resources from Pune University, Diploma in Training & Development and certification courses in Performance Management System / KRA and Competency Mapping.
She has an active association with NGOs working for the noble cause of helping the underprivileged.
