Vinod has 8 years of experience in IT. He has been with Ecotech as quality assurance manager since January 2007, is responsible for managing and leading the quality and support team. Additionally he also takes initiative in marketing for software testing projects.
Prior to Joining Ecotech, he has worked for an e-publishing company called Digital Publishing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as Manager - Quality and Process Systems. He set various processes and standards in Quality department for the publishing house and was instrumental in helping the company to win ISO certification.
Vinod holds a B. Com. from Pune University. He is a Certified Software Tester (CSTE) from College of Engineering, Pune and also holds diploma certificate in Cyber Law from Asian School of Cyber Law.
Suhel is a Business Analyst with 6 years of experience in Web Development/Information Technology. His experience portfolio includes roles spanning from software development, program management, gathering requirements, client interaction to business analysis and design.
In his business analysis assignments he has managed projects (web portals and business models) of different business domains for clients across the globe. As a solution provider, he has proven ability to provide optimal and robust solutions for various requirements across multiple business domains and technologies.
Suhel holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Science.
Subodh has more than 9 years of experience in Finance and Accounts in various industries. Prior to joining Ecotech, he has worked for Hathway Cable & Datacom Pvt Ltd as Accounts officer and been awarded Best Accountant award during all over India Accounts meet in year 2005 in Lonawala for his contribution in implementation of ERP accounting system in Pune.
His role in Ecotech is finalization the books of accounts, taxation, treasury management, working capital management, MIS, department wise budgeting, payroll process. He plays lead role in coordinating with financial institutes and banks. He has provided his valuable inputs on various finance related applications in Ecotech.
Subodh is a First class Post Graduate in Commerce and has done ICWAI (Final- III) from Kolkata.
Prajakta is our HR focal having a profound experience in varied HR and admin activities such as Personnel Management, Organizational Planning & Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management System and Office Administration with IT industry exposure.
Her role in Ecotech is a strategic blend of People and Business acumen enabling development and implementation of human resource programs and processes for employees. Prior to joining Ecotech, she has worked for Interglobe Technologies in different areas like Training & Development, E-Learning, Employee Relations and was part of the core team for organizing PCMM Certification level 3.
Prajakta is a B.Com. Graduate holding a strong academic HR portfolio with MBA in Human Resources from Pune University, Diploma in Training & Development and certification courses in Performance Management System / KRA and Competency Mapping.
She has an active association with NGOs working for the noble cause of helping the underprivileged.
