An Educationist by heart, positively charged by nature, Ashna – is engaged in driving ECOTECH towards its VISION.
Ashna is a post-graduate in Computer Management from Symbiosis – Pune University and is a part of the Business Development team. Apart from motivating and encouraging the team, she binds the team to the MISSION of the company.
She mentors the HR and Admin team- always guiding the members in terms of policy formulation to implementation, etc.
Sughosh has more than 10 years of IT experience on various technologies and functional domains. Extensive experience in Research and Development, and Strategic Technology Planning, Designing and implementing Technical Training Strategies Project Architecting, client relationship handling on technology front IT consulting for big enterprises with “client focus” approach IoT application architecting to build device interfaces for web / mobile Applications .
Venkat holds 15 years of cross-functional, cross-industry experience ranging from manufacturing to product management to IT. A graduate of Mechanical Engineering with Purdue University, USA, he has worked with companies such as Keihin (USA), Eaton & Honeywell (in India). He then founded his own consultancy firm Thinker’s Hat, which was merged into Ecotech in 2017. Since this merger, Venkat serves as the Operations Head at Ecotech.
Venkat has significant cross-cultural experience, having lived in the Middle East, USA & India, and having worked with Japanese, American, European & Indian companies.
Venkat brings a strong background of manufacturing systems & supply chain experience to Ecotech, which is a foundation on which we architect high-level solutions to a variety of enterprise clients.
Manohar has over 36 years of Techno Commercial / Industrial experience both in India and abroad.
He had the honor to work with Asian (L&T), American (Delphi Automotive Systems) & European (SKF) multinational companies throughout his career. He also had the opportunity to work in China for about 3.5 years. These experiences have honed his capability to manage global projects very effectively, involving multi-cultural & multinational teams.
In his assignment at SKF, as Director Demand Chain & Purchase handled entire supply chain functions for all their factories in India. Handled several roles for the Global Purchasing Organization as well. In Delphi as head of “International Procurement Office for Asia region”, steered his company’s export from Asia to various plants in North America and in the process acquired very good knowledge about Asian automotive supplier base and industry best practices.
His areas of expertise include all facets of Supply Chain Management, six sigma and Lean Manufacturing. Being a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, sponsored lot of projects which brought significant advantages to his organizations both in cost saving and process improvement.
Manohar’s academic qualifications include bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from NIT-Trichy, Post-Graduation in Industrial Metallurgy from IIT-Chennai and Graduate in Cost Accountancy from Institute of Costs & Works Accountants of India.
He is a regular speaker in various industry forums and delivers guest lectures in academic institutions including IIM-Bangalore, IFIM and Alliance University.
Ravindra has 30 yrs of Project and Risk Management Experience, of which 10 years in training and consulting for Infrastructure, Financial Institutions, Information Technology, Pharmaceuticals, Wind Energy, and Shipping Projects, in India and Abroad.
He has imparted knowledge to over 10000 Project Managers in various areas of project and program management. He has a wide range of projects experience starting from war front of Uganda under European Union project to Infrastructure Projects in Oman.
He is an Ex-Faculty of S. P. Jain Institute of management and research, Mumbai, one of the top 10 business schools of India, in their Center for Project Management.
In the past 10 years Ravindra has conducted customized education programs for PMO teams, PMP, PRINCE2 and Managing Successful Programme (MSP) for various MNCs and corporates in India, USA, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore and Srilanka
As an active Advisory member to Ecotech, he adds a lot of value through his participation in management by giving strategic advices, and in setting up processes, besides training our project managers from time to time.
Sri holds a Management Degree in Information Systems with over 20 years IT Services experience. He started his career with the leading bank in India and moved on to IT enabled services before taking over as CEO in the year 2001. He has been instrumental in realizing ideas into web products for Ecotech as well as it’s Clients, with sustainable business models. He is known for his credibility and high values, a natural leader, and a firm believer of Collaborative progress and Universal benefits.
He has lived in the US and parts of Europe, adding value to outsourced IT services specially in managing cross-cultural expectation. He has helped IT and Non-IT companies from US and Europe in setting up development centers and in identifying partners in India. He is on the board of few other companies as well on an advisory capacity, and offers immense value in terms of setting up processes, and overseeing Cost benefits of operations at macro and micro levels.
